1. Definitions and Interpretation

1.1 Definitions

For purposes of these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”):

  • “Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our” – refers to Anmol Concepts, a business entity registered in Pakistan.
  • “Customer,” “You,” or “Your” – refers to any individual or entity who accesses our website, places an order, or purchases products from us.
  • “Products” – refers to all promotional items, customized products, personalized gifts, and related merchandise offered for sale through our website.
  • “Services” – refers to customization, personalization, design, and any other services we
  • “Website” – refers to our e-commerce platform accessible at AnmolConcepts.com.
  • “Order” – refers to a purchase request submitted by a Customer through our website or other communication channels.
  • “Customization” – refers to the process of adding logos, text, designs, or other personalized elements to products.
  • “Proof” – refers to a digital or physical sample showing the proposed customization before final production.

1.2 Interpretation

  • References to the singular include the plural and vice
  • Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these
  • If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

2. Introduction & Acceptance

2.1 Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Anmol Concepts! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products (including both standard and customized promotional items, personal use products, and gifts). By accessing our site or using our Services (including placing an Order), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or Services. These Terms form a binding agreement between you (the Customer) and Anmol Concepts (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

  • Eligibility: You confirm that you are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into a contract. If you are using our site or placing an order on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these

2.2 Additional Terms

Specific products or services may be subject to additional terms and conditions, which will be clearly communicated to you at the time of purchase. Those additional terms are incorporated by reference and form part of your agreement with us when you purchase the specific product or service.

Note: This document addresses the Terms & Conditions for using our site and services. It does not cover our Privacy Policy, which is provided separately on our Website.

3. General Conditions of Use

  • Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We may, in our sole discretion, restrict or terminate your access to the Website or Services if we suspect any violation of these Terms or for any other operational or legal reason.
  • Data Transmissions: You understand that except for credit card information, which is always encrypted during transfer over networks, any content you provide or that is transmitted over our Website may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks and changes to conform to technical requirements. We employ industry-standard measures to protect data, but we do not guarantee that transmissions of data will always be secure.

4. Product Information and Availability

  • Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date descriptions, specifications, and images for all our Products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, photographs, colors, or other content on our Website are error-free, completely accurate, or current. In some cases, actual products may vary slightly (e.g. color or size) from images or descriptions due to manufacturing variations or display settings.
  • Product Availability: All Products are subject to availability and stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice. If a product you ordered is unavailable or out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible and may offer an alternative product or a full refund for that item.
  • Pricing: Unless otherwise stated, all prices are listed in Pak Rupee. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include additional charges such as shipping, handling, customs duties, taxes, or other fees, unless expressly stated. If we discover a pricing error in your Order, we will contact you with the correct price; you will have the option to proceed with or cancel the Order. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing and to cancel any Orders that were placed at an incorrect price.
  • Quantity Variations: Due to manufacturing processes and tolerances, the actual delivered quantity of custom Products may vary by up to 5% from the quantity In such cases, we will consider the Order complete if the variance is within this range, and billing will be based on the actual quantity delivered (with any appropriate adjustment in charges or refunds for over- or under-delivery).

5. Ordering Process

  • Placing an Order: Orders may be placed through our Website’s online ordering system or via other authorized channels (such as official email correspondence, phone orders, or in- person arrangements as applicable). When you submit an Order, you are making an offer to purchase the Products listed in your Order under these
    • Order Confirmation: After you place an Order and payment is received, we will send an order confirmation to the email address you provided. This confirmation acknowledges that we have received your Order request. However, final acceptance of your Order occurs only when we dispatch the Product(s) to you.     • Order Acceptance: The contract between you and Anmol Concepts is considered complete when we charge your payment method and ship the Product(s). At that point, we will send you a shipping confirmation. If your Order contains any terms (e.g., on a purchase order form) that conflict with our Terms, by proceeding with the Order you agree that these Terms will We also reserve the right to limit quantities per Order or per Customer (for example, if we suspect an unusually large or reseller order) and will notify you if such limits affect your Order.
  • Order Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an Order. This includes selecting the correct Products (with desired specifications like size, color, etc.), providing accurate customization details (for personalized items), specifying correct quantities, and supplying valid shipping addresses and contact information. Please double-check all details of your Order before finalizing. We are not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect information provided at checkout. If we need to clarify any information, we will reach out to you – timely responses will help prevent delays (see Section 11. Customer Responsibilities).

5.3 Changes and Cancellations:

  • Standard Products: You may request a change or cancellation of a standard (non- customized) product Order before it is shipped. Once the item has been dispatched, we cannot cancel the shipment, but you may still be eligible to return the product under our return policy (see Section 9).
  • Customized Products: Changes or cancellations for customized Orders must be requested immediately after the Order is placed. Once a custom Order goes into production (which may occur soon after order confirmation and proof approval), it usually cannot be modified or canceled. If you need to change a customization detail or cancel a custom Order, contact us right away. We will do our best to accommodate requests, but we cannot guarantee changes if production has started or materials have been ordered. If production has begun or you have approved design proofs, the Order will be produced as agreed. We reserve the right to charge you for any work completed or costs incurred up to the point of cancellation (for example, design work, custom materials, or setup fees).

6. Customization and Personalization

  • Customization Services: We specialize in customization and personalization services. This includes, but is not limited to DTF, sublimation, embroidery, engraving, etching, or other methods of adding your chosen text, images, or designs to our Products. Any specific requirements for customization must be clearly communicated to us when you place your Order. Additional charges may apply for certain customization options or design services; if so, these will be communicated to you in advance (for example, an extra fee for complex artwork setup or design assistance).
  • Artwork and Design Requirements: If your Order involves custom artwork or designs, you must provide the artwork in a format that meets our specifications. We typically prefer high-quality vector files (e.g., .AI, .EPS, .SVG, or high-resolution .PDF) for best Artwork should be of sufficient quality/resolution for reproduction at the desired size. If you are unsure about format or quality, contact us for guidance. We may offer design assistance or file preparation for an additional fee if you need help optimizing your artwork for production. (Any timelines for your Order will be adjusted to account for design assistance or revisions if required.)
  • Proofs and Approval: For Orders with custom designs or personalization, we will provide a digital proof (and in some cases, a physical sample proof) for you to review before we proceed to full production. It is your responsibility to review the proof carefully and check all details, including design placement, colors, spelling, and overall Production will begin only after we receive your written approval of the proof (e.g., via email confirmation). Once you approve a proof, any changes requested afterward may incur additional charges and could cause delays. If you choose to waive the proof approval process or fail to review the proof we provide, you assume full responsibility for any errors or discrepancies in the final product.
  • Customization Limitations: Not all customization requests may be possible. Certain Products have limitations due to material, size, or technical feasibility (for example, very fine detail might not print clearly on certain materials, or certain colors might not be available in embroidery threads). We reserve the right to refuse or modify customization requests that are technically unfeasible, that may result in a poor-quality outcome, or that we deem inappropriate or offensive. We will notify you if a requested customization is not possible or must be adjusted; if we cannot reasonably fulfill your Order as requested, we may cancel the Order and provide a refund. Additionally, please ensure that any content you ask us to customize (such as logos or text) complies with our content guidelines and does not violate any laws or third-party rights (see Section 10 on Intellectual Property).

7. Pricing and Payment

  • Product Pricing: All product prices on our site are listed in Pak Rupee (unless explicitly stated otherwise) and represent the cost of the product itself including any standard customization that is advertised as Please, note that these prices do not automatically include other charges such as shipping costs, handling fees, taxes, or import duties. Any additional fees applicable to your purchase (for example, setup charges for custom artwork, special handling fees, or expedited shipping charges) will be shown at checkout or communicated in your invoice. We strive to keep pricing current, but prices are subject to change due to market conditions or errors. We reserve the right to update product prices at any time before an Order is confirmed. If a pricing error is discovered after you have placed an Order, we will inform you of the correct price and you will have the option to proceed with or cancel the Order at the corrected price.
  • Payment Methods: We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience, including bank transfers, and online payment services such as Jazz Cash, EasyPaisa (where available). The available payment options will be presented to you at checkout. All payments must be made in full in the currency indicated during checkout. Note: Cash on Delivery (COD) is not offered for international orders and may not be available for all transactions. When paying by credit or debit card, you represent that you are an authorized user of the card and authorize us to charge the card for the total Order amount.
  • Payment Terms: In general, payment is due at the time of order placement. We will not begin production or shipping of your Order until payment has been successfully For large or high-value orders, especially custom orders, we reserve the right to require a partial upfront payment (for example, a 50% non-refundable deposit) with the balance due before shipment. If we offer and agree in writing to extended payment terms for you (such as Net 30 billing for approved corporate clients), all payments must be made according to that schedule. Overdue payments may in suspension or cancellation of future services or Orders if your account remains in arrears. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and up to date. Any fees or losses resulting from payment failures (e.g., chargeback fees or bank fees due to insufficient funds) will be your responsibility.
  • Taxes and Duties: All prices on our site are listed exclusive of any applicable taxes or duties, unless stated otherwise. If sales tax (such as GST/VAT) is applicable to your Order within Pakistan, it will be added at checkout in accordance with Pakistani law. For international orders (e.g., shipping to the US, UK, EU, Middle East, or other regions outside Pakistan), you are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, or fees imposed by the destination country. We do not collect these fees at checkout. The shipping carrier (or your country’s customs agency) will typically require payment of any duties or taxes before or upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office for information on possible import duties or taxes prior to placing an order. We cannot falsify customs documents (for example, we will not mark a shipment as a “gift” or understate its value to evade fees). You are responsible for compliance with your country’s import regulations, and we are not liable for delays or costs caused by customs processes.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We are proud to offer international shipping for our Products, ensuring you can receive our items in Pakistan and across many regions worldwide. Our goal is to deliver your order safely and in a timely manner. Below are the key terms regarding shipping and delivery:

  • Shipping Regions and Carriers: We ship to addresses within Pakistan as well as a number of international destinations, including the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Middle East, and many countries in Asia and the Asia-Pacific We partner with reputable third-party shipping carriers (such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, local courier services, or national postal services) to deliver orders. The choice of carrier for your Order will depend on factors such as destination, weight, and dimensions of the parcel, and service availability. When your Order ships, we will provide a tracking number if available so you can monitor the shipment’s progress. Please note: we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or certain military or diplomatic addresses in some countries due to carrier restrictions; if you enter a P.O. box, we may contact you for a physical address which could delay dispatch.
  • Shipping Terms and Transfer of Risk: All shipments are sent FOB (Free On Board) origin, which means that title to the Products and the risk of loss or damage transfer to you once we hand over the package to the shipping carrier. In other words, once your Order is dispatched and in the care of the carrier, the shipment becomes your We will do our part to pack your items securely and, where applicable, insure the shipment up to a certain value. However, we are not responsible for events that occur during shipping that are outside our control. We strongly recommend that you provide a complete and correct delivery address and ensure someone is available to receive the package at that address.   • Delivery Timeframes: Any delivery dates or timeframes provided (whether on our Website, in confirmation emails, or by our representatives) are estimates and not While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, actual delivery may vary due to factors beyond our control. Domestic deliveries within Pakistan typically arrive faster than international deliveries. International shipments can be affected by customs clearance procedures, local postal delays, or other logistical issues. If your Order includes customized products, the production time will affect the overall delivery timeframe (and custom products generally have longer lead times than standard products). We will inform you of the estimated production time for custom orders when you place the Order. Once your Order is shipped, any significant delays that we become aware of will be communicated to you, but please understand that after dispatch, the delivery speed is largely in the hands of the carrier.
  • International Customs and Duties: For international orders, your shipment may need to clear customs in the destination country. The customs clearance process can sometimes introduce delays beyond the estimated delivery date. You are responsible for complying with any requests from customs authorities, such as providing additional documentation or identification if required. As noted in Section 7.4, any import duties or taxes levied by your country’s customs are your responsibility. The carrier may require payment of duties/taxes before releasing the package for delivery; please be prepared to pay these fees to avoid Additionally, we comply with export control regulations and may be unable to ship certain products to some countries or regions that are subject to trade restrictions or embargoes. These include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, inclement weather, epidemics or pandemics, war, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, labor strikes, carrier or transportation disruptions, power outages, or governmental actions (e.g., import/export restrictions). Anmol Concepts shall not be liable for any delay or failure in delivery caused by such force majeure If a significant delay occurs, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and keep you informed as much as possible. Please note that delays due to such unforeseen events do not entitle you to cancel the Order or claim damages. However, if a package is confirmed by the carrier as lost or if it arrives significantly damaged, we will assist you in resolving the issue (see Section 8.6 and Section 9 for damage and return procedures).
  • Inspection and Shipping Damage: We strongly advise you to inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If you notice any damage to the packaging or Products, or any discrepancy in the order (wrong items or missing items), please notify the carrier and contact us within 48 hours of For any shipping damage claims, keep all packaging materials and the damaged items, as the carrier may need to inspect them. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier for loss or damage. While we will do our best to help, please understand that the carrier is responsible for transit damage or loss; our liability in such cases is limited (we cannot guarantee compensation beyond any insurance coverage or carrier policies). If the tracking information for your shipment shows that it was delivered (or signed for) and you did not receive it, please contact the carrier and us immediately so we can investigate and assist.

9. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the customized nature of many of our products, our return and refund policies differ based on the type of product ordered:

  • Customized Products (Personalized Items): All sales of customized or personalized products are final. Because these items are made to your specifications (for example, with your logo, name, or custom design), we cannot accept returns or exchanges on customized products unless the item has a manufacturing defect or we made an error in production. It is important that you review all details and proofs (sizes, dimensions, design layouts, spelling, colors, etc.) before approving production of custom items (see Section 6.3). Minor variations or imperfections that are within industry standards for custom manufacturing (for example, slight color variations or small alignment differences) are not considered defects. However, if your custom product arrives with a significant issue – such as a manufacturing defect or a mistake on our part (e.g., we used the wrong artwork or the item is materially different from your approved proof) – please notify us immediately.
    • Defective or Incorrect Custom Products: If you believe your customized product is defective or we produced it incorrectly, you must contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery to report the problem. Provide a clear description of the issue and supporting evidence (such as photographs of the defect or error). We will evaluate the claim promptly. If we determine that the product is indeed defective or that we made an error, we will, at our discretion, offer one of the following resolutions: (a) remake or replace the item at no additional cost to you, or (b) issue a full or partial refund if a replacement is not feasible in a reasonable We may instruct you on what to do with the defective item (in some cases we might provide a return shipping label to have it sent back to us, while in other cases we may ask you to hold onto or dispose of it). If we require a return of a defective custom item, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • Standard Products (Non-Customized Items): For standard, non-personalized products, we offer a return or exchange policy to ensure your satisfaction. If you are not happy with a standard product or it doesn’t meet your needs, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided that the following conditions are met:
    • The product is unused and in the same condition that you received
    • The product is ideally in its original packaging (or similarly secure packaging) with all original components or accessories.
    • You contact us within the 14-day window to obtain return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if required.

After you contact us for a standard product return, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back. Do not send items back without first obtaining proper return authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be recognized and could be returned to sender or result in delays in processing.

  • Condition of Returns: We reserve the right to inspect any returned item. If the item is found to be used, damaged, or not in resalable condition, we may decline the return or apply a deduction on your refund.
  • Return Shipping Costs: If you are returning a standard product due to our error or because the item is defective, we will bear the return shipping cost (we may provide you a prepaid return label). If you are returning the item for other reasons (e.g., you changed your mind or no longer need the product), you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
  • Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your Refunds for approved returns will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a reasonable processing time (typically, refunds are completed within [X] business days after we receive the return). We will notify you when the refund has been issued. Note that original shipping fees you paid for the order are generally non- refundable, except in cases where the return was due to our error or a product defect.
  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a standard product for a different variant (for example, a different size or color), please contact us within 14 days of delivery. In some cases, we may advise you to process a return for the original item (per Section 2) and place a new Order for the desired item, especially if time is of the essence. For customized products, exchanges are typically not possible due to their personalized nature, unless the exchange is to replace a defective item with a corrected version (as described in 9.1).
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of products cannot be returned under our policy, including:
    • Products that have been customized or personalized to your specifications (unless they are defective or an error was made by us, per 9.1).
    • Any item that has been used, worn, altered, or is not in its original
    • Perishable or time-sensitive goods (this generally will not apply to our product range, but any such conditions will be noted on the product page if relevant).
    • Intangible items like gift cards or promotional
    • Items sold as clearance or final sale. These will be clearly marked on our site, and such sales are final (no returns or exchanges).
  • Return Procedure: To initiate a return or report an issue with a product, please contact our customer service at the email or phone number provided in Section 17 (Contact Information). Provide your order number and a description of the issue or the reason for return. Our team will guide you through the appropriate steps, which may include issuing you an RMA number or return shipping Do not send back products without authorization – returns that are sent without following our return process may not be recognized or may not be eligible for a refund if we cannot identify the order they came from.
  • Customer Responsibilities Upon Delivery: When you receive your order, especially for large orders or custom products, please inspect the items as soon as possible. If there are any problems (such as damage, defects, or missing/incorrect items), you should notify us promptly. For custom products, we request that you report any issues within 2 business days of delivery. For standard products, please try to report any issues within about 7 days of delivery. Prompt notification helps us verify the problem and address it effectively. If you do not report a problem within a reasonable time after delivery, we will consider that you have accepted the goods as delivered. In case of damage, keep all packaging materials and documentation, as these may be needed for filing insurance or damage claims with the carrier. We may also ask for photographs of any damage or defect to assist in resolving the issue.

10. Intellectual Property and Design Content

  • Our Intellectual Property: All content on the Anmol Concepts Website – including but not limited to text, product descriptions, images, graphics, logos, designs, and software – is the property of Anmol Concepts or our content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks, trade name, and trade dress (including the name “Anmol Concepts” and our logos and slogans) are owned by us and may not be used by you without our prior written permission. We provide you a limited license to access and make personal use of our Website for the purposes of learning about our Products or placing Orders. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Website or its content without express written permission from us.
  • Your Custom Content (Customer-Provided Designs): If you provide or upload any content for customization purposes – for example, logos, artwork, text, images, or other designs to be printed, engraved, or incorporated into a product (“Custom Content“) – you represent and warrant that you own all necessary rights to that Custom Content or you have obtained permission from the rightful owner to use it. By submitting Custom Content with your Order, you also promise that our use of this content to fulfill your Order will not infringe on the intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark, ) or any other rights of any third party. In other words, you must not upload anything you don’t have the rights to use.
    • Limited License to Use Custom Content: By placing a custom order and providing Custom Content, you grant Anmol Concepts a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and otherwise handle your Custom Content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your Order. This means we will use your content only as needed to produce and ship your custom product(s). For example, we may need to resize, recolor, or convert your artwork to a different format to ensure a high-quality We will not use your Custom Content for any purposes other than producing your order (we won’t resell or advertise your design to others without your permission). We may retain copies of your design files internally after order completion, in case you decide to reorder or if there is a need for warranty/support, but we will not share your Custom Content with outside parties except as needed to produce your items (for instance, sharing with a manufacturing partner strictly for production of your order).
    • Right of Refusal: If we have reason to believe that any Custom Content you provide is inappropriate, offensive, or infringes upon someone else’s rights (for example, contains hate speech, explicit material, or a trademarked image you aren’t authorized to use), we reserve the right to refuse the order or request that you provide alternative We comply with valid intellectual property takedown requests. If a third party contacts us with a legitimate claim that your provided design violates their rights, we may put your order on hold or cancel it and will inform you of the issue.
  • Design Services and Company-Created Artwork: If, as part of a custom order, our design team creates new artwork or designs at your request (for example, creating a custom graphics based on your idea, or significantly modifying/enhancing artwork you provided), Anmol Concepts retains ownership of the original elements we create. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, any new design, logo, or creative content that our team develops for you remains our intellectual property. We typically grant you a license to use that design on the products we manufacture for you, and you can of course use the finished products in your business or personal activities. If you wish to obtain full ownership rights or broader usage rights to a design created by our team, you must request this and obtain a written agreement – this may involve additional fees or a separate design rights transfer agreement. Any elements of the design that you provided (such as your existing logo or slogan) remain your property (assuming you owned them to begin with). Any generic design elements that we created (for example, basic icons, shapes, or patterns that do not include your proprietary logos or content) may be reused by us in future projects for other customers; using such elements does not infringe on your rights, as they are part of our general design resources and not specific to your brand.
  • Indemnity for Intellectual Property Infringement: You agree to indemnify and hold Anmol Concepts harmless from any claim, demand, lawsuit, or loss (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to the Custom Content you provided for your order. This means if a third party alleges that the design or content you asked us to print or produce is unlawful or infringes their rights, and as a result we incur any legal liability or expense, you will be responsible for covering those costs. We do not expect this to occur frequently, but we include this provision to protect our business since we cannot independently verify the licensing or origin of every customer-submitted design. (This indemnification is in addition to the general indemnification you agree to in Section 12.)

11. Customer Responsibilities and Conduct

We strive to provide excellent products and services, and we expect our customers to use our Website and services responsibly. By using our site, you agree to the following responsibilities and standards of conduct:

  • Provide Accurate Information: You agree to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an Order. This includes your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, and payment details. We are not responsible for any issues or delays (such as missed communications or misdelivered packages) that result from you providing incorrect or outdated
  • Account Security: If you create an account on our Website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password) and for restricting access to your account. All activities that occur under your account are your responsibility. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
